Product shipping

We have the following options for product shipping:

Shipping in Lithuania to the Omniva parcel terminal – 2,90 €. Shipping takes 1-5 working days.

International shipping – the price depends on a country and is shown during the checkout. Shipping takes up to a month.

Product returns

If you didn’t use and didn’t damage the product bought on our e-shop you can return it within 14 days.

The product must be returned in the original undamaged packaging. The time allowed for a return is started to be counted one day after the courier delivers the products or the products are taken from the parcel terminal.

If you want to return a product please provide us your order number. When the product will be successfully returned, you will get back your payment for the product, including the shipping. All costs related to the returns must be covered by the customer. If the purchased product has bad quality, all return costs can be covered from our side, if the customer requests it.
